Venue

Our aim is to establish an elegantly decorated oak and canvas structure, with a strong emphasis on nature and the outdoors. If an existing building or barn is available, we are willing to integrate it into our design. The décor will blend rustic and bohemian elements with a sophisticated touch, reflecting the latest trends. An indoor tree, abundant plants and foliage, coupled with ambient lighting, will create a distinctive wow factor. Civil ceremonies will be conducted in a fixed gazebo, accompanied by an adjoining stretch tent furnished with wooden chairs, rugs, greenery, festoon lighting, and candles.

Menus

Our menus, crafted using seasonal and locally sourced produce, are designed for sharing as a communal feast among family and friends. Starters will be presented as canapés during the drinks reception. The main course will feature a selection of our signature dishes, such as slow-cooked lamb shoulder, whole fillets of beef, spatchcock chicken, and large hanging skewers, all prepared over wood, coals, and a rotisserie. These will be accompanied by a variety of vegetable, salad, and potato dishes. Desserts will be served individually to each guest, with a choice from our seasonal menu. Evening food options will include offerings from a truck, such as wood-fired pizzas, tacos, paella, BBQ, or yakitori skewers.

Drinks

We will provide a fully equipped bar offering draught beers, cocktails, a selection of wines, spirits, soft drinks, and a low & no alcohol range.
The package will also include a self-service coffee bar.
